In Pennsylvania, the law allows people to “ban” themselves from casinos. They can ban themselves for one year, five years, or life. If they’re caught — usually by cashing a winnings check — they can be charged with trespassing.
The man went to a casino and won over $2,000 before he caught himself. He’ll be giving the money back.
